Ingredients : |

- 1 lb - pork, ground coarsely
- 1 lb - beef, ground coarsely
- 1 T - steak seasoning
- 3 cans - beans, chili style, mild
- 3 cans - Rotel, Mexican style
- 1 can - corn, while/yellow mix
- 2 pkgs - chili seasoning mix, mild version
- Water

| How to Prepare : |
|
Season ground pork and ground beef with steak seasoning. Fry over medium heat until done.
In large pot, add cooked meat and all of the other ingredients except water. Add enough water to hink out the chili to suite your taste. Simmer for 30 minutes and it's ready to serve.
Serving suggestion: corn bread or corn muffins go very well with this recipe. |
