- 1/2 cup - brown sugar
- 2 T - cornstarch
- 1 tsp - dry mustard
- 1 T - vinegar
- 1 cup - raisins, regular or golden
- 1/4 tsp lemon peel, grated
- 2 T - lemon juice
- 1-1/2 cups - apple cider

| How to Prepare : |
|
- Combine brown sugar, cornstarch and dry mustard in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat.
- Slowly add vinegar, raisins, lemon peel, lemon juice and apple cider.
- Continue cooking, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.
- Serving suggestion: perfect with ham or other pork dishes.
