Ingredients : |

- 2 bananas - small, ripe, mashed
- 1/2 cup - butter, softened
- 1/2 cup - sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 box - Banana Quick Bread Mix, 15 oz
- 1/2 cup - flour
- 1 cup - chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup - walnuts, chopped

| How to Prepare : |
|
- Preheat over to 375 degree F.
- Mash bananas and set aside.
- Combine quick bread mix and flour and set aside.
- Using an electric mixer, combine butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
- Add 1/2 bananas and flour mixture and mix by hand. Repeat with remaining bananas and flour mixture. Mix until well combined.
- Add chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-14 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 30-32 cookies.
- Serving suggestion: you can substitute any other type of chips or nuts.
